Insurance

I take most types of insurance and Personal Injury (PIP) and L&I claims are accepted. For massage to be covered by insurance, you will need a prescription from either your Primary Doctor, ARNP, Naturopath, or Chiropractor. Your prescription should include your diagnosis, diagnosis codes, number of visits and an expiration date.

Please have your referring provider fax to: 253-340-8036 Attention: Shannon

Even if your plan does not require a referral, a prescription is needed for billing purposes. Massage therapists are not allowed to generate the billing codes needed to secure payment from your insurance company.   Check here to see if your insurance provider is accepted.

Insured massage patients will pay a concierge fee of $20 per visit in addition to any co-pays at the time of receiving each massage service. Payment of the concierge fee is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the patient. This concierge fee covers the ancillary massage services and amenities, including but not limited to skin products and treatment provided before, during, and after the massage.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of an appointment. For any cancellations made without sufficient notice, the full fee will be charged.
