INSURANCE overview

• I take most types of insurance. Please see the list below.

• Personal Injury (PIP) and L&I claims are accepted.

• For massage to be covered by insurance, you will need a prescription* from a Doctor, ARNP, Naturopath, Chiropractor, or other medical provider.

• Your prescription should include:

  • Diagnosis

  • Diagnosis codes

  • Number of visits and an expiration date

*Even if your plan does not require a referral, a prescription is needed for billing purposes.
Massage therapists are not allowed to generate the billing codes needed to secure payment from your insurance company.
